Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for a refund. All purchases are final. However, all products are fully covered by our replacement warranty.

No Returns. No Refunds.

GreenArk does not offer refunds or accept returns on any purchased products. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the purchase is final.

This policy applies to all GreenArk products including the GreenArk Pro, GreenArk Ultra, and any additional battery packs.

Defective Products — Full Replacement

If your product arrives defective or develops a fault covered under warranty, we will replace it in full at no cost to you. JET (Jiayu Energy Technology Co., Ltd), our manufacturing partner, covers all costs associated with warranty replacement.

To request a warranty replacement:

  1. Contact us at support@greenark.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team and JET will respond within 24 hours to assess the issue.
  3. If confirmed as a warranty claim, a replacement unit will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  4. Defective units must be returned or disposed of as directed by our support team.

10-Year Replacement Warranty

Every GreenArk product is backed by a full 10-year replacement warranty. This warranty covers:

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact support@greenark.co as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and standard warranty terms apply.
